Channel Vision Debuts Free DDNS Service for Security Cameras, DVRs

Channel Vision is now providing a free DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name System) service to its surveillance customers called Channel Vision Security.

Channel Vision Security will continually track the IP address of the system and automatically change with any IP address change. A connection to the security camera or DVR is never lost due to a change in IP address, whether the system is purposely reset or the internet provider makes the change.

Customers can contact Channel Vision directly to obtain a URL for accessing their Channel Vision IP cameras or security DVRs over the Internet. A personalized web address is created to view video feed from their cameras or DVRs over the Internet. With this service, users have the convenience and confidence knowing that their IP address will adjust automatically.
