CEDIA Management Conference 2010 Comes to New Orleans

CEDIA will hold its annual Management Conference at the Omni Royal Orleans on March 3-6, 2010 in New Orleans.

The conference will offer "speakers, education and networking sessions focused on strategic, efficient business planning for electronic systems company owners and senior managers."

The 2010 conference will draw on principles outlined in the Verne Harnish book Mastering the Rockefeller Habits, with a focus on the four key decisions that drive growth:

• People
• Strategy
• Execution
• Cash

Speakers will include Patrick Thean of the leadership development firm Gazelles.
