Cadreas Website Showcases Installations for Builders, Designers, Consumers
Cadreas aims to allow integrators and other trades to showcase their jobs for builders, designers, architects and consumers. Over 10,000 images of jobs already posted.
A new photo-oriented online community for the design and building communities called Cadreas.com has launched and already has more than 10,000 images in its first three months.
The site aims to build a better solution for consumers to connect with the design and construction communities (residential, commercial and institutional), which are very fragmented and siloed into their specialty niches. This makes it incredibly difficult for someone to determine what can be done, who are the architects/interior designers to design it, and who can build it. Cadreas has built a gateway for the design and construction communities.
A picture says a thousand words, and Cadreas has been building a large library of high quality images. “As soon as Cadreas went live, we surpassed 10,000 images in less than three months,” says Robert Frumkin, CEO Cadreas. “It is very gratifying to see groups like the Pacific Coast Builders Conference and other associations joining Cadreas and posting their images with links to their members."
The Cadreas DesignGuide allows consumers to create a collection of photos, make notes about the projects, and research the companies and products involved in those projects. This process allows someone to see construction options, resources and products and then decide how to use them on their project.
Among the ways integrators can have their installations showcased on the website is via CE Pro's sister publication, Electronic House, which is sharing many of its installations with the new website.
