RoseWater Energy Group, an intelligent power conditioning and energy management systems provider, has announced the appointment of Angela Smith as director of operations.
The company says she brings career experience that spans more than 27 years in retail, sales, and management to her new integrator-facing role. Her responsibilities will include overseeing the Hub order processing, delivery, and commissioning. RoseWater Energy asserts Smith’s proven track record in management and operations makes her an asset to the RoseWater Energy team.
“Angela’s leadership and logistical prowess, coupled with her extensive industry experience, make her a perfect fit for our dynamic team. We are confident in her ability to streamline our operations. This will include being forward facing with our valued dealer partners ensuring the seamless delivery and commissioning of our [Rosewater Energy] Hubs,” says David Laikind, vice president of RoseWater Energy Group.

Angela Smith Brings a Wide Array of Professional Experience to RoseWater Energy
RoseWater Energy emphasizes that in her previous role, Angela Smith significantly grew a corporate fleet department from 10 to over 200 vehicles, ranging from passenger cars to heavy-duty DOT trucks. In addition, she managed all aspects of insurance, registrations, maintenance, and accident claims, along with the buying and selling of fleet vehicles. The company notes she was lead of operations which included fleet management, project management, personnel and materials logistics ensuring the smooth implementation of their client’s systems.

Smith also holds ISO standards certifications in 9001, 14001, and 45001. As an internal auditor, she ensured adherence to stringent quality, environmental, and safety standards.
“Angela’s comprehensive understanding of logistics, project management, and her unique ability to coordinate labor, materials, travel, vehicles, lodging, and logistics for more than 30 crews is impressive,” adds Laikind.
