SunBrite's 55-inch Model 5510HD All-Weather outdoor LCD is a 1080p, 120Hz refresh rate HDTV that installers can use for outdoor A/V applications when the client was a video solution for their patio, deck and poolside areas.

The company says the television's 4,000:1 contrast ratio and high brightness enables it to reproduce video images in a high light environment, while its corrosion-resistant, powder-coated aluminum housing protects the television from the elements.

Sanus Systems' Three new Vision Mount VLF220, VMF220 and VLF210 are now available and they facilitate homeowners' ability to watch television in a comfortable position.

The mounts are designed for full-motion movement that extends the TV, tilts and swivels its to provide comfort and convenience. The mounts also incorporate the company's QuickConnect, FollowThru and Virtual Axis technologies, which Sanus says help to expedite the installation process while making it easy to position a television once the television is hung.

The mounts are available in versions that support televisions with screen sizes as small as 26 inches and as large as 56 inches.

CLO Systems says its new TM1 flat-panel television mount is filling this need by providing TV fanatics with a strain-free viewing experience.

The TM1 is a low-profile mount that's capable of extending from the wall and tilting downward up to 15 degrees, and it also returns the television to a stationary position flush with the wall when you turn the set off. The mount places a TV one inch from the wall, and it is capable of supporting 26 inch to 37 inch TVs that weigh up to 44 pounds.

image Adding to its line of THX-certified products, Ore.-based Runco has announced that several of its latest generation products have achieved THX certification.

Among the products from the company that are THX certified are the company's new LED-based Q-750i and Q-750d projectors.

In order to meet the testing standards established by THX, the Q-750i and Q-750d had to pass THX image quality tests in several categories, including luminance, contrast, color gamut, gamma, picture uniformity, image solution, as well as video processing functions like de-interlacing, video conversion and noise reduction.

image For years Calif.-based Elite Screens has made a name for itself with installers and end users that seek value-minded projection solutions.

In addition to its home theater products, the company also makes other screen products for applications such as business and education, and its new Tripod Pro is an update on the company's portable Tripod unit.

The new 1.1-gain white screen features a 1:1 aspect ratio, a black-tube casing to protect the screen from the rigors of portable use and a velveteen coating that is said to minimize light glare. Elite also offers the screen, which weighs no more than 35 pounds in a choice of diagonal screen sizes that ranges from 85 inches to 119 inches.

image Atdec, which is new to the U.S. market, has released its Quick Shift Donut Mount that holds flat-panel TVs up to 26.5 pounds.

The mount features a quick release lever that allows installers to remove, adjust and affix TVs.

It also comes with an adjusting tool that installers can use to quickly add tension to the locking mechanism, ensuring TVs are secured into position.

image Cineversum has introduced its Blackwing Two and Blackwing Three projectors.

The products, designed to complement the company's original Blackwing One, offer RS-232 serial ports, a choice of analog and HDMI 1.3 digital inputs, resolutions of 1920 x 1080, anamorphic lens kits, ceiling mounting hardware and other accessories.

Highlighting the performance of the LCoS-based projectors is a contrast ratio of 32,000:1 for the Blackwing Two and a contrast ratio of 50,000:1 for the Blackwing Three.

Cineversum is imported into the U.S. by the St. John Group.

Crestron V-Panel The V-Panel from Crestron Electronics serves as a user interface within a Crestron control system and a 1080p flat-panel television that includes VESA-compliant mounting provisions and desktop/tilt and flush placement options

Crestron separated the panel's graphic engine hardware from the displays and offers installers 12- (V12) and 15-inch (V15) models.

Installers can drive these displays with the DGE-1 or DGE-2 digital graphic engines to enable the use of independent applications.

Bell'O's new PR-11 and PR-12 are the latest introductions to the company's Pro Bell'O pre-assembled furniture line, and they are designed to allow CE Pros to instantly provide clients with a furniture product that complements their home decor.

The two furniture pieces are designed to accommodate a variety of HDTVs and other electronics components, and they incorporate cable routing channels to enable installers to hide cabling runs.

Bell'O offers the PR-12 in a brown trim with glass accents, and the PR-11 has an expresso finish.

Both pieces carry an MSRP of $999
