Efficiency and versatility are more than buzzwords these days for installers, they are necessary traits that must be incorporated into today's product market. Legrand, North America has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Middle Atlantic Products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to be finalized in mid-June 2011. Legrand and Middle Atlantic will operate as separate companies prior to closing, according to the announcement. After closing, Middle Atlantic will operate as an independent business within Legrand.
