Meridian has introduced its DSW DSP Subwoofer, which is designed to support a variety of its DSP loudspeakers, The DSW, which is Meridian's first DSP-powered subwoofer, can handle two-channel and surround systems, as well as the Meridian Digital Theatre. In a letter to its dealer base, Meridian has announced that it will develop a Sooloos music management app for Hewlett-Packard's new TouchPad tablet. There's an interesting vibe emanating from the CEDIA show and it will be worth watching to see how it plays out. Summarizing this vibe or feeling is some guarded optimism and a growing curiosity about the attendance. My personal feeling is that people shouldn't concern themselves with the attendance.
