Stewart Filmscreen and Display Development recently hosted a special dealer and press event demonstrating new two-piece projection solutions. The event included a demo of the new Display Development IW-4 (dual lamp, triple DLP chip) “In-Wall” projector projecting onto the 14-foot wide Stewart Directors’ Choice masking system with acoustically perforated StudioTek 130 (1.3 gain) screen material. ISE 2012 attracted more than 40,000 attendees during the three-day event that recently concluded at the Amsterdam RAI. The commercial- and residential-focused trade show also saw the number of exhibitors increase 15 percent to 825 in the 11 halls of the Amsterdam RAI. And with more exhibitors comes more products and more, well, interesting sights. Entourage may be winding down as the hit HBO series recently kicked off its final season, but things are just starting to heat up, technology-wise, at the home of star Kevin Connolly.
