The sleek 20A radiant Wave Switch installs easily in 15 minutes or less, fitting into an existing electrical box, Legrand adds. The product is usable in both single-pole and 3-way applications.
Made for use in both residential and commercial applications, Legrand notes the gesture control interface is suitable for environments such as any home’s entryway or kitchen, as well as for shared spaces like offices, hotels and more.
It features durable construction to withstand rigorous cleaning practices, the company says, and also can be used for touch-free control of small-motored appliances like garbage disposals.
Users can adjust the internal sensor to respond to movement from 1 to 6 inches from the switch face to fit their space and needs.
