Providing integrators with the ability to deliver AV systems to a range of interior environments, Legrand has announced its new Da-Lite SightLine AirCraft-Grade Cable Drop Screen System.
The Legrand brand says that its latest product meets the growing demand for solutions that can stylishly meet the increasing demand for AV in non-traditional environments. The Da-Lite SightLine AirCraft-Grade Cable Drop Screen System is a single roller design suspension system that is available with the company’s Tensioned Advantage and Advantage screens.
These new solutions, according to Da-Lite, replace the need for black back drops above the projection screen, and they simplify AV by creating space above the screen to place cameras or speakers.
Da-Lite explains that in traditional setups, black drop is manufactured to a room’s specific dimensions and drop distance. These facts hamper any future changes or adjustments, but the Da-Lite SightLine Aircraft-Grade Cable Drop Screen system allows integrators to future proof their projects with a flexible drop distance up to 70 inches.
The popular residential and commercial screen product manufacturer also points out, the Tensioned Advantage and Advantage can mount flush to ceilings.
In addition, the Tensioned Advantage is available in sizes up to 177 inches diagonal in a 16:9 aspect ratio and 182 inches in a 16:10 aspect ratio. The Advantage with SightLine is available in sizes up to 184 inches diagonal in a 16:9 aspect ratio, and up to 189 inches in a 16:10 aspect ratio.
