In one of Haryana’s most prestigious high-rise addresses, the client enlisted the expertise of MACBEE PVT LTD to transform their new 10,000-square-foot luxury condominium into a showcase of smart living.
The project followed a successful collaboration at a previous residence, with the client wanting MACBEE to blend advanced control systems with the refined aesthetic of a high-end home.
Intuitive GUI Unites Home Systems

One of the most complex aspects of the project was managing the integration of multiple subsystems—ranging from AV and lighting to HVAC and surveillance—into a unified ecosystem achieved through a combination of Crestron and Jung systems.
The team implemented centralized control of the systems through an intuitive GUI accessible via keypads, smartphones and tablets. Twenty-eight keypads and 14 thermostats offered access to lighting scenes and HVAC settings.
Select areas were also outfitted with voice control, providing an added layer of convenience.
5.1.4 Surround Sound Floods Stately Media Room

The audio experience was a focal point for the client, with high-performance solutions specified for both casual and dedicated entertainment zones, including a media room designed around a 5.1.4 surround sound system.
A total of 15 audio zones were designed using a mix of Sonos streaming components and discreet, high-fidelity K-Array speakers.
In the media room, immersive audio was achieved with a combination of Wisdom Audio speakers and Trinnov processing, delivering cinematic sound tailored to the acoustics of the space.
Video, meanwhile, was distributed across five zones using centralized sources routed through CAT-6 infrastructure, maintaining signal integrity throughout the residence.
Internal Surveillance Provides Piece of Mind Throughout

Security was treated with equal importance, with the scope eventually expanding to include robust internal surveillance as well as external. Unifi cameras and NVR systems to safeguard both the property and its occupants, including several household assistants.
Networking requirements were then handled through Wi-Fi 6 infrastructure with Peplink SpeedFusion technology to ensure bandwidth management and seamless VoIP performance.
Additional features included VoIP-based wireless intercoms and Tata Sky satellite integration for in-home TV distribution.
