SoundTube Entertainment has announced the immediate availability of its latest U.S.-manufactured in-ceiling speakers. The Dante/AES67 IP-enabled PoE IPD-CM62-BGM-II-US speakers are now shipping, marking what SoundTube calls a milestone in its commitment to domestic manufacturing, networked audio, and product excellence.
The new SoundTube model, part of the CM-BGM-II-US series announced at InfoComm in June 2024, is said to represent the company’s dedication to meeting the requirements of the Buy American Act (BAA) and Trade Agreements Act (TAA). This compliance reportedly ensures that government entities and projects requiring U.S.-made products can specify and install SoundTube speakers.
“We are thrilled to bring these US-made speakers to market. The IPD-CM62-BGM-II-US not only delivers the exceptional audio quality our customers expect but also support American jobs and manufacturing,” comments Shannon Humphrey, president of SoundTube. “This launch reinforces our commitment to innovation and meeting the diverse needs of both commercial and residential audio markets.”
