Tyba Home, is finally coming to the U.S. and Canada through a new deal struck with Lekker Global. Having been appointed the exclusive distributor for Tyba in the region, Lekker will now oversee brand activation, market development, dealer training and overall channel coordination for Tyba moving forward.

What is Tyba Home?

Based over in the U.K., Tyba Home manufactures the Turn smart home control interface—now in its second iteration with the Turn 2—as well as the Muse Audio System.

Turn 2

As the name suggests, the Turn 2 is a weighted rotary controller with a small touchscreen surface capable of managing lighting, shading, climate and media within a single device.

While mountable on a wall, the Turn 2 can also be placed on horizontal surfaces with a special table stand. It also has built-in integrations with many popular smart home and audio control platforms including Crestron, Control4, RTI and Sonos. KNX, Genelec and CoolAutomation integrations are also available.

Smart home integration itself is handled either through proprietary wired communication or over IP using Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

Control can also be managed through the Turn 2 app, which allows users to interact with connected home systems through a phone interface instead. The app is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Muse

The Muse, meanwhile, is an audio playback platform that comes with support for Apple AirPlay, Deezer and Tidal. It also supports Dante/AES67 installations and features, according to Tyba Home, over 56 million tracks that are available for streaming.

Tyba Home provides three options for the muse in the form of the Muse D4, D16 and D64, with the number each denoting how many independent audio streams over Dante the model can deliver.

Control over audio is then handled through Muse Manager (a software available on Windows, MacOs and Linux), allowing users to manage, monitor and schedule music according to their preferences.

Tyba’s Entry into U.S. Markets

In a “blink and you might miss it” moment, Tyba actually made its official debut into U.S. markets during CEDIA Expo 2025, and while our editorial staff were unable to stop by its booth while at the show, Hiddenwires was actually able to stop by and get a recording of these devices in action in case you wanted to see.

Though new to U.S. markets, Tyba is not new to the custom integration channel, as, over in Europe, the company supplies exclusively to integrators, with structured support and resources being available to professionals. Of course, through its partnership, that support will be delivered via Lekker Global for the U.S. and Canada.

Likely for the better, as, having operated in the region, Lekker stands to be more cognizant of the unique needs and quirks of the North American markets versus European integration markets, which contrast to American markets quite significantly.

In fact, according to Tyba Home founder Oz Andrews, Lekker’s established integrator relationships were a determining factor for the partnership

“Lekker’s deep relationships with top integrators and its reputation for thoughtful brand-building ensure dealers will get the resources they need to succeed,” Andrews says.

Learning More

Integrators interested in learning more are instructed to contact the distributor at [email protected] or +1 619-489-1210.

Since its entry, there have been a few instances of Tyba devices cropping up in showrooms throughout Las Vegas, Florida, Arizona and Hawaii, so if you happen to be in any of those areas and want to see it for yourself, it might be worth looking up.
