One of the hottest names in the world of home video is AWOL Vision. For the second year in a row, the projection company is participating in the CEDIA Expo 2023 show, and it is asking attendees to visit its booth (#723).
During the show visitors to the company’s booth can enter for a chance to win one of its LTV-3500Pro Ultra Short Throw Projectors. AWOL Vision explains that all attendees need to do is stop by its booth and give a business card to one of its employees that will be manning its booth.
The company explains that its projectors are equipped with True Tri Color Laser Technology, directly projecting a native red, green, and blue laser source, covering 107% of Rec. BT.2020 color space and offering a total of 1 Billion colors. AWOL Vision points out that its projectors also feature a Texas Instrument T1 Chipset and a customized F2.0 Ricoh lens with 9 optical pieces of glass, ensuring top-quality performance.
AWOL Vision notes that its UST Projectors can project screen sizes from 92 inches to 150 inches, and the products can be placed as close as 6 inches to 20 inches away from the screen, including ceiling mounting scenarios. The products are rated to produce a range spanning from 2000 to 3500 lumens, and the projectors deliver 4K resolution, HDR 10+, and Dolby Atmos with eARC. In addition, the company is preparing a Dolby Vision update that will be coming soon.
During the show, AWOL Vision will showcase its the LTV-2500, which it says complements theater experiences in darker rooms, and the LTV-3500, which integrators can install in any lighting condition, even broad daylight.
Additionally, the company has just introduced its 4k Vanish TV, which it says is a smart cabinet with a rollable vanishing screen, designed specifically for a more integrated AV experience.
In the AWOL Vision booth during CEDIA Expo 2023 the company will feature five distinct ways to immerse viewers in the LTV-3500Pro experience, as well as a 150-inch Triple Laser TV 3D Avatar demo. The company will also present a 120-inch Vanish TV demo; a 2.35:1 Aspect ratio Star Wars demo, complete with Stormtrooper projection warping, and it will demonstrate its control capabilities via an URC, Control 4, and ELAN integration demo.
