The latest addition to ADI’s network of Support Centers will work to consolidate institutional knowledge from the Snap One acquisition.

ADI Global Distribution has officially opened its newest Support Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Occupying 41,000 square feet across two floors in the Panorama Tower in Ballantyne, the new facility is now home to more than 180 employees across departments including marketing, product development, training and education.

Charlotte Support Center Represent Further Consolidation of Snap, ADI Brands

Serving as a central hub for many of the professionals who previously operated under the Snap One banner, ADI states the Charlotte Support Center is meant to symbolize the consolidation of ADI and Snap One’s operations.

Snap One (prior to its acquisition) had long been a major force in the custom integration space, owning and developing major product brands like Control4, Binary, WattBox, and OvrC.

In fact, the decision to place the new center close to the former Snap One headquarters was intentional, with ADI looking to minimize commute disruptions and retain institutional knowledge.

According to Rob Aarnes, President of ADI, “This new space not only reflects who we are today—it’s an investment in our future.”

‘Figment Room’ Opens with Demos and Tours

One of the biggest features the newest office holds is what’s being referred to as the ‘figment room’: a dedicated space for showcasing and presenting ADI’s exclusive product brands. The grand opening celebration itself featured guided AV demo tours throughout the space

Following its opening, the Charolette Support center joins ADI’s network of other support centers in  New York, Utah, Kentucky, Texas, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Serbia, and Mexico, in addition to its 200+ stocking locations worldwide.

ADI | Snap One’s Ongoing Push to Improve Product Training

Since its acquisition of Snap One, both ADI and Snap have made notable investments in training infrastructure across North America and abroad, with a goal of better supporting integrators as the technology landscape grows more complex.

Earlier during July of 2025, Resideo announced that it would be spinning ADI Global Distribution off from itself in a move that was intended to allow both Resideo and ADI brands to grow in different directions from one another.

Most recently, the combined ADI | Snap One brand has even developed a remote training program that would allow for dealers to have hands-on training packages shipped directly to their location without having to send employees to a Snap One facility.
