GOER DYNAMICS B.V., has announced the global launch of AURO-3D technology in Yamaha’s latest flagship soundbars, marking a step up into immersive audio for home entertainment.
Yamaha and AURO-3D point out that two distinct models are now available—the SR-X90A for Japan and the TRUE X SURROUND 90A for other international markets. With the integration of AURO-3D, Yamaha becomes the world’s first soundbar brand to bring this next-generation audio experience into a single, elegant form factor. *Product availability depends on the region.
“Yamaha is proud to be the world’s first soundbar brand to support AURO-3D,” says Ray Okada, group manager of the Home Audio Group at Yamaha Corporation. “We are committed to delivering the best possible experience to music and movie enthusiasts. As demand for immersive, three-dimensional audio continues to grow, it’s a natural step for us to incorporate AURO-3D into our new flagship soundbar, building on years of expertise integrating this technology into our AVENTAGE AV receivers.”
Yamaha explains the SR-X90A (Soundbar + Subwoofer) is available exclusively in Japan, while the TRUE X SURROUND 90A (Soundbar + Subwoofer + Wireless Speakers) is designed for international markets. Both models include AURO-3D’s advanced Auro-Scene virtualization engine, delivering a transparent, room-filling soundstage with natural depth, verticality, and immersive realism.
According to Yamaha, customers can select their preferred listening profile, allowing them to tailor their sound whether for movies, music, or other dialogue-rich TV content.
“Creating a soundbar capable of delivering a truly lifelike 3D soundstage is no small feat. Through our close collaboration with AURO-3D, we’ve developed flagship models that redefine what a high-performance soundbar can deliver in immersive home entertainment,” adds Okada.
