Exhibiting in booth #4143 at CEDIA Expo/CIX 2025, Lighthouse Design Studio, has announced that CEDIA has approved three of its courses on outdoor lighting:

  • The Language of Light,
  • Lighting the Way: The Critical 5 of Landscape Lighting Design
  • The Critical 5 of Landscape Lighting Installation.

According to Lighthouse Design Studio, recent studies show that while 75% of integrators forecast up to 25% growth in outdoor living revenues, only 11% successfully include it in their projects, as many lack the expertise to expand and close these opportunities. For integrators to be successful it is necessary to understand outdoor lighting and they can benefit greatly from Lighthouse’s expertise, relevant insights, and case studies.

The free one-hour courses will be presented by Lighthouse Design Studio Executive Director and Lead Designer Tim Ryan throughout the year. Each earns integrators with CEDIA Certifications 1 CEDIA CEU per course.

Here is an overview of the Lighthouse Design Studio courses:

Thursday, September 4, 10:30-11:30 a.m. (Room MH 3A)

: The company says that Light speaks – even when no words are said. This session is a deep dive into how lighting design communicates emotion, intention and meaning within a space to craft powerful visual experiences.

Lighting the Way: The Critical 5 of Landscape Lighting Design
