Armour Home Electronics Ltd, a U.K.-based audio manufacturer and distributor, has announced the appointment of American Audio & Video (AA&V) as its exclusive North American distributor for its audio brands: Q Acoustics, QED, and Goldring.

The British company asserts that with a reputation for delivering high-performance audio products that combine cutting-edge technology with design, Armour Home’s brands have built a loyal following in the United States. The new partnership with AA&V marks a strategic step in Armour Home’s vision to significantly accelerate growth and increase market share in North America.

“We are absolutely elated to add Armour Home to the AM&S family of brands. Their innovative offerings from Q Acoustics, QED, and Goldring mesh perfectly with our curated ecosystem of hi-fi product offerings,” says Kris McDougall, director national sales, American Audio & Video. “Combined with our industry-leading sales and distribution skills, we’re well-poised to continue growing these great brands in the U.S. for years to come.”

American Audio & Video, a division of Exertis | JAM USA, brings decades of expertise in the professional and consumer electronics distribution landscape. With an extensive dealer network, proven track record of market expansion, and deep knowledge of the North American audio market, AA&V is ideally positioned to take Armour Home’s brands to the next level.

As part of the agreement, American Audio & Video will not only handle traditional distribution across North America but will also take on full responsibility for all e-commerce operations. This integrated 360-degree model ensures seamless logistics, optimized supply chain management, and a unified brand experience for retailers and consumers alike – both online and in-store.

“We’re excited to partner with AA&V to strengthen the presence of Q Acoustics, QED, and Goldring across North America,” adds Jamie McKay, sales & marketing director, Armour Home Electronics. “Their industry expertise and comprehensive distribution and e-commerce capabilities will be key to accelerating our growth and brand visibility in this important market.”
