Making its debut at CEDIA Expo 2025 in Denver, Flex Automation will feature its FC-IR201+ RF/IR Gateway product in booth #640.
The Brazilian manufacturer introduced the original version of the product back at CES 2020, and it says the new version provides increased performance through native support for additional encrypted motor protocols and deeper integration with today’s popular control platforms.
Flex Automation emphasizes the FC-IR201+ RF/IR Gateway is fully compatible with control systems from Control4 and Nice North America, and the company notes the gateway enables a seamless setup process using its free setup app that is available for smart devices and computers.
The company also says that in addition to its encrypted Somfy RTS motor control, the gateway supports RTL Tube Raex TrilhoSuisso and ASA protocols to eliminate the need for external bridge products.
Flex Automation adds the FC-IR201+ RF/IR Gateway provides 360-degrees of omni-directional IR blaster capabilities, as well as a built-in IR leaner that is said to provide higher levels of immunity to light sources, including sunlight interference. The new gateway provides four IR ports, and trigger-scene options using both IR and RF.
The Flex Automation FC-IR201+ RF/IR Gateway will be available during the fourth quarter of 2025.
