With several brands to highlight, including products under its namesake, the Vanco International booth (#643) is bound to keep visitors busy at CEDIA Expo 2019 – especially if integrators are seeking out the AV signal distribution and audio wares for both residential and commercial clientele at the Colorado Convention Center.
That’s certainly a more bang-for-the-bucks benefit for Vanco dealers, as the company will be sharing a mix of HDMI-over-IP solutions from its Evolution brand, audio distribution amplifiers and loudspeakers from Beale Street Audio, from Pulse Audio and various high-speed and 4K/8K-compatible HDMI cables bearing the Vanco name.
Good Fit for All Kinds of AV Needs
Evolution’s HDMI-over-IP solution is called EVO-IP, and Vanco president Mark Corbin thinks dealers will appreciate the feature set provided by the transmitter, receiver and control box devices that comprise the series.
“This unit is really unique, being a cloud-based system; it’s one of the few systems on the market that can be Alexa-controlled and is soon going to be Google-controlled as well,” Corbin notes. “We also have great features as far as video walls, on-sign displays, everything that you can relate through a GUI built into our application module.”
Additionally, dealers will find the new EVOSKILLZ unit, which the company says is the first product on the market that can automatically embed audio from a secondary source onto an HDMI cable, sense and switch audio, and maintain uninterrupted 4K video.
That enables integrators to add voice control and streaming to any display, amplifier or soundbar in the home, or provide audio messages and announcements over existing HDMI distributed systems in retail or office environments.
Vanco is providing dealers with more resi and commercial audio ammo stemming from last year’s purchase of Beale Street, which will roll out new distribution amplifiers that do 70-volt and 8-ohm with easy configuration and control.
“What’s really unique with our amps is everything that’s associated with a web GUI where you can actually control zones from a 70-volt, or mix in your 8-ohm within the same amp,” Corbin says.
Also in Vanco’s CEDIA Expo booth look for new 70-volt/8-ohm pendant speakers and in-wall speakers from Beale Street to serve a variety of audio applications.
Meanwhile, the company will show new 2-channel and mic input amps from its Pulse Audio brand, as well as cables, audio adapters and more under the Vanco name.
“All kinds of those black boxes and products that really help meet your installation needs,” Corbin says.
