Savant is expanding its lineup of spec-grade lighting with the announcement of its GE Proseo Undercabinet Fixtures.
Engineered to cast evenly distributed illumination across countertops, these fixtures integrate directly into Savant’s smart home ecosystem.
Savant’s Proseo Line Grows with Undercabinet Fixtures

Introduced last year at the 2024 CEDIA Expo, Savant’s Proseo lineup combined Savant’s existing GE-branded Cync lighting fixtures with new keypads, dimmers and shades to create a performance-driven value solution for the professional install market.
The new fixtures continue that trend, while also capitalizing on the channel’s ongoing love affair with linear lighting. The undercabinet lighting features a slim, edge-lit form factor, prismatic optics for low-glare diffusion, and tunable white and RGB color options.
In fact, Greg Barrett, Director of Product Management, Professional Lighting stated that the fixtures will reportedly offer more uniform output compared to linear tape, avoiding the glare and hotspots often associated with traditional underlighting.
Integrators’ Love Affair with Linear
As many have turned to linear lighting for its clean aesthetics, as well as the ease at which it can be recessed into structures compared to traditional lighting, its ability provide lighting in traditionally unlit areas—such as underneath cabinets—with minimal intrusion is what has really captured the attention and interest of integrators nationwide.
The new Proseo fixtures by Savant come in white or black finishes and three lengths—12″, 18″, and 24″—designed for simpler installation via captive screws.
As smart components in Savant’s ecosystem, the Proseo fixtures are also scene-capable and support Savant’s Daylight Mode, dynamically tuning brightness and color temperature to match circadian rhythms. Users also benefit from physical controls on the fixtures and integration into broader control scenes.
