AudioControl will be exhibiting its AV solutions in two locations at the upcoming 2024 ISE trade show, which runs from Jan. 30 to Feb. 2 in Barcelona, Spain.
Among the products AudioControl will showcase at the annual trade show include the Director Series of amplifiers. The 16-channel Director Model M6800D with Dante network connectivity offers the high-power and features integrators must have to provide high levels of audio performance across any size entertainment system via its conservatively measured 100 watts/8-Ohms, 200 watts/4-Ohms per channel power capabilities. Housed in a 2U chassis, the Model M6800D also features AudioControl’s proprietary DSP engine that includes graphic and parametric equalization by zone, plus a switching matrix that delivers programming to any zone with high levels of flexibility.

Some of the features the Director Series of products offer include:
- With the Dante-enabled Director Model M6800D amplifier, integrators can tailor the sound to each zone based on DSP profiles of leading speaker brands included as part of AudioControl’s Sound Partners Program, and then fine-tune the sound based on the acoustic properties of any space.
- AudioControl has recently added speaker profiles to their Sound Partners Program from Origin, Ambisonic, and Totem, as well as invisible speaker models from Amina and Sonance to enable integrators to deliver best performance in any zone.
- The audio inputs on the AudioControl Director Model M6800D also function as audio encoders and can route source signals to the M6800D or put them on the Dante network for easy access anywhere on the project.
- The Director Model M6800D can be used as a standalone solution or as part of a complete smart home environment with drivers available for popular third-party control systems including Crestron, Savant, RTI and Control 4.
CM Series Joins Director Series on ISE 2024 Show Floor
In addition to the Director Series of products being a focal point in the company’s booth, AudioControl will showcase its CM Series 70-volt amplifiers. These products also offer Dante connectivity, and the company emphasizes the CM Series are engineered a new standard of performance in the realm of 70-volt amplifiers through the inclusion of its Constant Power Mode architecture that features GaN (Gallium Nitride) semiconductors—which AudioControl stresses is a circuit engineered to deliver more output power, greater efficiency, and high levels of sound quality.
