iRoom, a manufacturer of iPad docking solutions has introduced its new iTop OnWall Docking Station.
The universal docking product accommodates everything from an iPad Mini, to an iPad Pro through its adjustable charging connector. The iTop OnWall Docking Station also incorporates a locking mechanism to keep iPads safe and secure, and once installed, it provides an easy way to access Apple iPads that are configured as third-party control interfaces.
iRoom points out that its latest docking station features a built-in control processor, along with a six-button control keypad that works independently from the iPad.
The unit also incorporates a proximity sensor that unlocks the iPad screen, or integrators can set up the proximity sensor to trigger a specific command.
Some of the other features the iTop OnWall Docking Station offers include a Lightning or USB-C connection that charges the iPad while it is docked, and an anti-theft lock system.
iRoom adds that its new dock is manufactured with high-quality aluminum and glass materials to complement Apple’s industrial design.
The docking station is also available in a choice of 10 color combinations: five aluminum base colors and two glass colors to help homeowners match the dock to their room environments.
