Coastal Source, a manufacturer of outdoor audio and lighting systems, states its EVO Series is now available for delivery to United States partners, according to company CEO Franco D’Ascanio.

So What Makes Evo Different from Prior Offerings?

Revealed back in September of 2024, the EVO Module seals the LED chip, drive electronics, cabling/connections, and optics, into a compact, thermally efficient, and watertight brass field serviceable package. The new lighting line propels the outdoor lighting industry forward in design, performance, and rugged reliability.

Coastal Source states the EVO series provides landscape professionals with the flexibility to create a range of outdoor lighting scenes for homeowners. Compared to a 6W MR16 fixture, the company asserts that EVO is 50% smaller; it has higher output, wider beam angle, two dispersion patterns, two color temperatures, less glare, and improved optics. Numerous shrouds, hats, risers, and accessories enable hundreds of unique fixture designs to solve all problems that a lighting designer may face. EVO is available in Black and Antique Brass finishes to compliment a variety of landscape scenes.

According to Coastal Source its EVO series can be mounted in softscapes, hardscapes, along paths, hanging, and in trees. The product line can be ordered as a pre-built assembly as a FLEX module or the lighting designer can combine the numerous individual parts to make custom fixtures to meet their specific needs.

The company boasts the product line is engineered to be the most durable and sustainable lighting fixture on the market through elements such as the EVO series’ solid brass fixtures that carry a lifetime warranty. Coastal Source goes on to point out the fully integrated EVO LED fixture with Coastal Source Plug+Play connector is IP67 rated and carries the company’s five-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Coastal Source Will Also Be Updating Its Packaging for Release

Coastal Source notes that it has also updated its product packaging, emphasizing its commitment to sustainability, innovation, and providing the best possible experience for dealers. The company emphasizes the new packaging for EVO series products has been carefully designed with these key benefits: Reduced waste, zero plastic—cardboard and muslin bags replace twisties and baggies—and these eco-friendly materials allow EVO packaging to serve as backyard compost, and the packaging can also be recycled with street pickup.
