Dio, a new whole-house audio company, is set to showcase its flagship product: the Dio Node.

Designed around simplicity, flexibility, and privacy, Dio’s Wi-Fi speakers are designed to make multiroom audio accessible without the complexity or cost of traditional systems.

“Multiroom audio technology has been kept at the premium tier for too long, with unnecessary complexity and restrictions built-in. We believe that audio should be a seamless part of everyday life in every home,” comments Akarsh Vinod, founder and CEO of Dio.

CEDIA Expo is the perfect stage to show integrators how Dio helps them deliver high-quality, multi-room sound without the installation headaches.”

Unlike other smart speakers on the market, the company points out, Dio Node has no built-in microphones or voice assistants, giving consumers full control of their listening experience while safeguarding privacy.

By using local networking technologies, the company asserts the Dio Node provides a more robust audio experience that overcomes the limitations of current smart speakers. Each speaker sets up in under 60 seconds and integrates seamlessly with Apple AirPlay and 100-plus other audio systems.

At CEDIA Expo 2025, Dio will demonstrate how its modular design allows homeowners and integrators to start with a single speaker and expand to a whole-home system over time.

The company emphasizes that through the products’ minimalist, low-profile aesthetics, the speakers can blend seamlessly into just about any décor, delivering lossless audio over Wi-Fi in the background of every room.
