OneVision and Sonos have announced a new initiative designed to help custom integrators strengthen their client service capabilities through exclusive account credits and access to OneVision’s premium support platform.
The partnership aligns two companies that share a belief that great client experiences depend on more than just product quality, they require scalable and reliable service models that extend beyond installation.
How Sonos and OneVision Plan to Serve Integrators
The new program aims to help integrators deliver 24/7 client care without adding operational overhead.
Through the initiative, eligible Sonos dealers can fast track the launch of a premium 24/7 service offering powered by OneVision. Dealers who join OneVision’s Accelerate tier will receive account credits to support their rollout:
- Sonos Silver Dealers: $500 credit
- Sonos Gold and Platinum Dealers: $1,000 credit
Dealers who enroll by Friday, December 5, 2025 will see those credits double, to $1,000 for Silver dealers and $2,000 for Gold and Platinum dealers. The credits can be applied to any invoice once onboarding is complete and the dealer is active on the platform.
