Matt Ehrman Named AlarMax’s Vice President, Supply Chain

AlarMax elevates Matt Ehrman to senior supply chain leadership as the company sharpens its focus on scale, speed, and smarter vendor strategy.

AlarMax has promoted Matt Ehrman to Senior Vice President, Supply Chain. The promotion, as stated by the company, reflects its “commitment to building a world-class supply chain infrastructure to support its dealers, branches and vendor partners nationwide.”

What Ehrman’s New Role Entails

In his expanded role, Ehrman will lead all national supply chain functions including purchasing, forecasting and vendor negotiations, with an emphasis on scale, speed and service, according to AlarMax.

Ehrman’s Qualifications and Past Experience

In speaking on Ehrman’s promotion, AlarMax President Scott Shelander cited Ehrman’s approach to strategy and leadership as being key qualifications for

Since joining AlarMax, the company states Ehrman has been “instrumental in streamlining purchasing strategies, improving lead time predictability and helping ensure that the right products are available to customers when and where they need them.”

Further elaborating on his qualifications, the company satets Ehrman brings “decades of experience across security, distribution and retail channels, with “a reputation for forging high-impact supplier relationships and creating smarter, more responsive systems for inventory and fulfillment.
