The new Hisense U6HF smart TV with Amazon Fire TV expands the global electronics and appliance manufacturer’s TV line and provides consumers an affordable smart TV solution that features a recognized smart TV platform.
Hisense‘s new 50-inch $530 smart television provides homeowners with a Fire TV user experience, including Amazon Alexa voice control capabilities.
The entertainment options of the Fire TV platform include access to all of today’s popular streaming services such as Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and Hulu. It also includes access to free content services like Pluto TV and Amazon Freevee.
The value-minded smart television also employs Quantum Dot LED technologies and the ability to deliver HDR images with compatibility with the Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HDR10+ formats.
“Hisense and Fire TV share the same goal of combining the best in hardware and software to provide high-quality, innovative, and affordable smart TV experiences,” says Daniel Rausch, vice president, Amazon Entertainment Devices and Services.
“As more brands turn to Fire TV, we are committed to delivering a smart TV package that is easy to adopt, efficient to develop with, and delights customers.”
Other Features of the U6HF Smart TV
Hisense says the television incorporates more than just Amazon’s popular Fire TV platform. Some of the other features the TV offers include 60Hz variable refresh rates, 240Hz motion rate processing, and the ability to produce up to 600 nits of brightness.
The Hisense U6HF smart TV provides gamers its Game Mode Plus option that is said to decrease input lag while increasing the television’s response time. The TV reduces frame-rate issues on next-generation gaming consoles via HDMI via 60Hz Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM).
