Gibson, the American instrument manufacturer has announced a new four-part, LIVE interview series called “Ask Eddie Kramer, Presented by Gibson.”
The first episode will premiere on Thursday, May 7 at 6:00 p.m. CST on Gibson’s Facebook Live page and on GibsonTV.
Every Thursday in May, the Live series will feature legendary producer and engineer Eddie Kramer who is renowned for his collaborations with the Beatles, David Bowie, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, the Kinks, Kiss, Led Zeppelin, the Rolling Stones, John Mellencamp, Carlos Santana and many more.
“Ask Eddie Kramer” will focus on special topics and highlights throughout kramer’s recording career, including “Jimi Hendrix,” “Led Zeppelin,” “Woodstock” and “The Rolling Stones.”
On Thursday, May 7 the topic will be recording with Jimi Hendrix with Brian Hardgroove serving as the discussion moderator. The following week on Thursday, May 14 the topic will be Led Zeppelin with Brad Tolinski serving as the moderator.
Other discussions with Kramer include Thursday, May 21 with the topic of recording “Woodstock” with Tolinski serving as the moderator, and Thursday, May 28 where Kramer will talk about recording the Rolling Stones with moderator: Bob Merlis.
