Fresh on the heels of yesterday’s announcement that registration for CEDIA Expo has officially opened, CEDIA (the association) has unveiled the full scope of its 2026 Education Conference. The conference will be taking place September 1 – 3 during CEDIA Expo in Denver, Colo.

A Rundown of the 2026 CEDIA Education Conference Programming

For 2026 the CEDIA Education Conference will host six tracks centered around modern-day business challenges and functions as well as emerging topics and trends.

“We’ve built the 2026 CEDIA Education Conference to reflect the diversity of our industry,” said Paul Dolenc, Vice President of Education at CEDIA. “Whether your focus is technical excellence, business growth, or design collaboration, you will be sure to find targeted, high-impact learning in the halls of the Colorado Convention Center.”

The six tracks are:

  • Emerging Technologies, which will focuson artificial intelligence, robotics and power management.
  • Business, which will focus on growth and scalability, covering branding, marketing, company culture, showroom strategy and long-term planning.
  • Design/Build, which will focus on collaboration between integrators and design professionals.
  • Technical, which will focus on deep dives into racks, fiber, networking, cybersecurity and system fundamentals, including hands-on demos.
  • Lighting, which will focus on delivering the knowledge to design, deploy, and troubleshoot lighting systems while building a profitable lighting practice.
  • And the Certifications, which will focus on preparation courses and exams for credentials such as CIT, IST, ESC-D and RNS.

Hands-On Learning Opportunities

In addition to classroom sessions, the 2026 CEDIA Education Conference will feature hands-on workshops designed to build practical skills.

  • RP32: Audio System Measurement and Verification Workshop, where attendees will learn standardized methods for measuring and validating system performance using real-world tools and software.
