Bang & Olufsen is officially entering the outdoor architectural audio market and will preview a new landscape speaker at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026 next month. The company says the product represents an expansion of its architectural audio portfolio and a move to extend its ecosystem into outdoor living environments.
According to Bang & Olufsen, the new landscape speaker is the company’s first outdoor audio solution conceived, designed, and crafted entirely in-house. The speaker is engineered to withstand outdoor conditions while delivering the brand’s signature sound quality, and it is designed to integrate with Bang & Olufsen’s existing portfolio of speakers and televisions for a continuous listening experience across indoor and outdoor spaces.
“For more than a century, Bang & Olufsen has crafted products that elevate the home,” says Nikolaj Wendelboe, interim CEO of Bang & Olufsen. He adds that the ISE preview is intended to demonstrate how the landscape speaker integrates seamlessly with the company’s broader ecosystem and the wider home environment.
From an integration perspective, Bang & Olufsen positions the landscape speaker as a design-forward solution intended to support collaboration with architects and landscape designers. The company says customization options will be available through its Bang & Olufsen Atelier, allowing finishes to be tailored to complement landscaped environments and architectural aesthetics.
Bang & Olufsen expects to launch the new landscape speaker by the end of 2026.
