AVPro Global Unveils Tech Sage AI Analytics Platform

AVPro Global’s Tech Sage aims to us AI to give integrators instant, context-aware support across system design, troubleshooting and product selection.
Published: December 17, 2025

Among the growing list of companies adding AI tools to software for integrators, AVPro Global has thrown its hat into the ring with the launch of Tech Sage: an AI-powered platform designed to provide guidance on system design, product selection and technical troubleshooting for integrators.

This launch comes as AVPro Global continues to expand its support and presence across the integration ecosystem from expanded distribution networks in Europe and the Gulf region, to strategic rep partnerships in the U.S. Midwest.

What is Tech Sage?

As an AI tool, Tech Sage is built atop the Claude Sonnet 4.5 model and has been trained specifically on the intricacies of AVPro’s extensive brand portfolio. This includes AVPro Edge, AudioControl Pro, Bullet Train, RTI/ProControl, Murideo and ThenAudio.

This allows Tech Sage to serve as an on-demand assistant on projects involving any of AVPro’s products and give integrators a variety of options for interacting with the agent. A few capabilities AVPro has listed so far include:

  • “Remembering” project context from earlier on in the sessions so follow-ups aren’t treated as isolated questions.
  • And real-time data analysis and visualization on uploaded documentation (i.e. PDFs, images, and text files) to generate actionable insights.

While the description and capabilities may smack of a chatbot, Matt Murray, CTO of AVPro Global describes the platform more like a search and analytics tool that can be tailored to individual project profiles.

“What makes Tech Sage incredibly powerful is its ability to understand context and provide tailored recommendations based on specific project requirements, venue details, and technical specifications,” Murray says in a released statement.

The AI Advancement in Integration

Artificial intelligence has seen quite a shift over the past year, with the capabilities of certain platforms being built out significantly. It would be easy to say that things went from experimental to practical this year, but one thing that stands out remains the core functions.

LLMs still reign supreme, and generative applications haven’t gone away entirely, but it seems as though AI applications for business have begun to lean more broadly into the analysis aspects, with a particular emphasis on being trainable on just about any bit of business data to feed into specific processes.

According to our latest Business Software Deep Dive, more than 60 % of integrators are already using AI tools in their day‑to‑day workflows as an embedded part of system design, documentation and operations decision‑making

Still, integrators have grown a lot more cautious, as have a lot of other users of AI. Part of that may be to do with the fact that AI usage is moving from the experimental into the practical, meaning that people who were going to adopt AI have figured out what works for them and what doesn’t, placing a far greater emphasis on the quality of the applications that are being put into the market now.

For those interested in looking at Tech Sage and what it’s capable of, the platform is now available for authorized AVPro partners. More information and sign‑up details can also be found via AVPro’s official site.
