Legrand | AV is prepping a digital shift for its C2G brand, announcing that the standalone C2G.com website will officially migrate to LegrandAV.com on December 5, 2025. The move, according to Legrand, is part of a strategic move to consolidate customer access and product information under a unified platform for Legrand.
Beginning on the transition date, all traffic to C2G.com will redirect to a dedicated C2G product destination within LegrandAV.com. There, users will still be able to browse the full C2G catalog, review products and access a variety of documentation and supporting resources for the brand.
“C2G has long been a trusted name in connectivity, and that commitment remains stronger than ever,” said Leslie Kinsman, vice president of marketing at Legrand | AV. Kinsman emphasized that the unified site will simplify how customers find information, seek support, and leverage the wider Legrand portfolio while preserving the reliability and service customers expect from C2G.
Customers who currently use C2G.com for direct purchasing will retain the same functionality within LegrandAV.com, according to the company. This includes the ability to browse by part number, review specifications, and use the MyAccount portal to request quotes, place orders, track shipments and manage returns. Those without a Legrand | AV account can continue purchasing through existing channel partners.
Legrand has stated that all existing orders placed before December 5 will be processed normally, and there will be no disruption to customer service, technical support or warranty assistance. Current support teams and contact channels will remain intact, ensuring continuity for order inquiries, technical questions and post-sale assistance.
To help customers navigate the change, the company plans to release ongoing communications through email channels, outlining purchasing options, portal access and support resources as the migration approaches. Importantly, Legrand | AV stated that no customer account data will be transferred from C2G.com to LegrandAV.com. Users will maintain full privacy and control over their credentials while creating or utilizing MyAccount profiles directly on the Legrand | AV platform.
