Submissions for URC’s 2025 Unsurpassed Dealer Awards have opened. The competition is open to dealers who have purchased URC products directly with the only other major requirement being that the installation being submitted must have occurred within the calendar years of 2024 or 2025.
With this marking their eleventh consecutive year, the annual awards program looks at dealers who have gone above and beyond the traditional install leveraging URC products (like say kitting out an entire yacht) and recognizes their work on both the national and international level across residential and commercial markets.
Chang Park, CEO, URC, says, “It is amazing to see the high-quality smart automation and control installations across such a diverse set of environments. The client comments are most gratifying.”
In a welcome quality of life update, URC says it has simplified the submission process for the 2025 Unsurpassed dealer awards by giving dealers the opportunity to e-file their applications through the URC dealer portal.
Among the categories available for submission, URC offers awards for Best Residential Installation, Best Commercial Installation, Most Unique Installation and Best International Installation, as well as a special category dubbed the Chairman’s Award of Excellence.
In addition to giving recognition to these projects and dealers, URC says this year’s program will also offer the winners some additional resources to help further differentiate themselves from the rest of the industry, though specifics haven’t been elaborated on apart from mentioning recent product launches like the TRC-1120 and TDC-8300.
Authorized URC dealers can submit for the awards through Friday, July 25, 2025. Winners in each category will be announced and recognized on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at CEDIA Expo.
