AlarMax, a national distributor of fire, security, surveillance, access control, and AV products, has announced the appointment of Todd Zoppo as regional vice president – East. The company asserts this new strategic addition reinforces its commitment to growth, service excellence, and expanding its presence across the Eastern United States.
With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in retail, operations, and distribution, Zoppo brings a blend of customer-centric strategy and operational expertise. He most recently served in a senior sales leadership role at one of the industry’s largest players, where he was recognized as sales manager of the year and participated in an exclusive leadership development program.
“Todd is not only a respected voice in our industry—he’s a true relationship builder who understands what it takes to win in today’s B2B [business-to-business] environment,” says William Teitelbaum, chairman of the board at AlarMax. “His experience and leadership are exactly what we need as we continue to scale.”
AlarmMax points out that Todd Zoppo’s career spans high-impact roles at major consumer electronics distributors and national retail chains, including regional leadership and multi-unit operations oversight. The distributor suggests that Zoppo is known for his ability to build high-performing teams and long-term customer relationships, and in his new role, he is set to play a pivotal role in accelerating AlarMax’s momentum and supporting its network of 26 branches nationwide.
Based in Exeter, Rhode Island, Todd Zoppo enjoys golfing and cheering on his daughter at the hockey rink. AlarMax adds that his regional oversight will include key territories throughout the Eastern U.S., supporting both sales growth and customer engagement.
