Screen Innovations (SI), a popular manufacturer of projection screens for commercial and residential applications, will demonstrate its Black Diamond Fusion ALR (Ambient Light Rejection) projector screen at CEDIA Expo 2025 in booth #2533.
SI boasts that its new screen material is the first Ambient Light Rejection screen that makes no compromises, delivering an immersive projection experience regardless of the room’s lighting condition. The Texas-based manufacturer says its latest screen provides an improved viewing cone, zero texture, zero speckle, and no glare.
“The Black Diamond Fusion ALR by SI represents years of research, development, trials, and failures. But we didn’t give up on our quest to perfect this superior technology. ALR perfection was no simple feat — it took dedication, time and love,” says Ryan Gustafson, founder and president of Screen Innovations.
Black Diamond Fusion ALR at Home in Residential and Commercial Environments
The company points out that its new ALR screen product is designed for commercial environments like hospitality venues, boardrooms, museums, digital signage, and airports, and it is capable of displaying vibrant, clear images from every angle for a fraction of the cost of traditional LED walls.
Screen Innovations asserts that ALR is the preferred projection screen technology today, but most ALR screens offer only fake or inferior performance. Explaining the traditional shortcomings with ALR screen materials, SI comments that every ALR screen has its Achilles’ heel that include narrow viewing angles, texture or sparkle issues, hotspots, or excessive light requirements. Black Diamond Fusion ALR was developed to eliminate the flaws found in other ALR screens.
