Since its release, Apple TV+’s Hijack series has experienced a consistent audience and showing its popularity, the show has now taken over the top spot in Reelgood’s weekly top 10 list of streaming media titles.
Reelgood is an interactive guide app service with more than 5 million subscribers, and following the Apple TV+ show is the hit Disney Marvel Comic Universe (MCU) movie, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and the Hulu series Only Murders in the Building. Rounding out the list’s top five titles is the Paramount+ series Special Ops: Lioness, and the Super Mario Bros. Movie from Peacock.
Interestingly, unlike the past several weeks, which saw Netflix dominating the list with several titles each week making the top 10, the list of streaming services represented for the week of Aug. 3-9 is competitive with a number of streaming services represented.
Some of the other titles to make the list include AMC+’s series Dark Winds, the Peacock series based on a video game, Twisted Metal, and the successful Netflix series, The Lincoln Lawyer.
