Nice has announced new partnerships with manufacturer’s representative firms Elite3 Pro and Precision Sales Group (PSG) as part of an effort to expand regional sales and support coverage across multiple U.S. markets.
According to the company, the appointments are designed to enhance localized sales expertise, training, and field-level support for integrators, dealers, and distributors, while reinforcing Nice’s long-term commitment to the custom integration channel. The new rep firm relationships are intended to complement Nice’s existing regional sales and technical structure.
Elite3 Pro will represent Nice North America across Texas (excluding El Paso), Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. The firm will provide regional sales support, product demonstrations, and technical assistance for integrators and distribution partners operating in those territories.
Precision Sales Group, headquartered in Concord, N.C., will represent Nice across Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. With more than two decades of experience in the custom electronics industry, PSG will support dealers through training, system design assistance, demonstrations, and technical guidance.
Nice notes that dealers will continue to receive direct support from its Regional Sales Managers and Regional Technical Specialists, with the expanded rep network adding an additional layer of localized market coverage and responsiveness.
