Proluxe a manufacturer of LED lighting for residential and commercial applications, has announced its new Warm Dim Downlights.
The Dallas-based company says its latest product line offer users the glow and ambience of traditional incandescent light with flicker-free and smooth transitioning without the drawbacks associated with incandescent lighting.
According to Proluxe, the new Warm Dim Downlights deliver high levels of color rendering with a 90+ CRI, and the products are rated to produce output brightness levels of 800 lumens. Proluxe explains the products’ color temperature starts at 3000K and it dims down to 1800K to create a warm glow for room occupants that can be controlled with a traditional dimmer.
Proluxe points out that its latest LED lighting products utilize aluminum housings with polycarbonate lenses and spring-loaded mounting clips for direct installation. The company notes the new Warm Dim Downlights are IC and cETlus listed for damp locations with up to 50,000 hours of rated life to support their installation in environments such as outdoor settings, as well as indoor settings.
In addition, the new LED lighting products are available in a choice of 4-inch static and 4-inch gimbal with a 30-degree lens tilt.
