Daisy has announced yet another acquisition into its growing network of franchises through the conversion of Sapient Home.

Takeaways for Integrators

The Sapient Home conversion marks Daisy’s 20th franchise location nationwide since the business first made its debut in 2024 following the 2023 CEDIA Expo. Additionally, this conversion establishes a new regional presence for Daisy in the Chicago market, further expanding coverage of the brand.

The history of Sapient Home in the Chicago market spans two decades, having built a strong reputation by prioritizing close, long-term client relationships and delivering customized solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

As of today, Daisy has franchise locations spanning the continental United States with strong established presence in major CI markets like California, Florida and Texas as well as states like New Hampshire, Indiana, Arizona and now Illinois.

In 2025 alone, the company signed 14 franchise agreements, reflecting strong demand from experienced integrators and entrepreneurs alike.

Why the Switch to Daisy for Sapient Home

According to Sapient Home owners Corey Ardell and Neal Carlson, the choice to partner with Daisy came as both sought new growth opportunities for their business. As per the pair, the ability to scale their business with Daisy was far beyond what they saw as being able to do independently while still preserving their defining service quality and personal approach.

“We reached a point where we knew we could go further with the right partner,” said Carlson.

“Daisy brings proven systems, operational expertise, and a national brand that allow us to meet increasing demand and better serve our clients, without sacrificing the relationships we’ve worked so hard to build.”

Carlson also added that Daisy’s platform and long-term vision aligned closely with Sapient Home’s values and ambitions.

“We’ve always believed that truly knowing our clients is the foundation of great work,” said Ardell.

“Partnering with Daisy gives us the infrastructure, technology, and support to grow faster and smarter—while staying focused on delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.”

What Keeps Bringing Integrators to Daisy?

Daisy’s success story thusfar is unique in an industry where few franchise models have been able to capture market growth in the same way, especially in such a short amount of time.

Kappler herself has a background in business strategy and franchise ownership, making her own expertise well-suited to Daisy’s business model, but for the integrators that keep joining Daisy, the resounding answer that permeates their decision has been resources.

As of today, Daisy offers a pool of centralized resources from marketing and sales support to bespoke business technology. Daisy also currently offers integrators recruiting and training services as well as a recurring service and support program, two business elements that have been tough cookies to crack for many independent integrators.

The other answer for integrators (as well as the rare interior designer), however, has been an opportunity for growth, something that wouldn’t be possible if the industry itself wasn’t growing as well, and something that Kappler herself has pointed out as providing Daisy its own opportunity to grow as quickly as it has.

In this way, integrator interest in leveraging Daisy to further grow highlights the raw demand custom integration has in American markets entering into 2026.
