RoseWater Energy has added industry veteran Steven Ricks as its new Western Regional Sales Manager, a move the company says will help deepen its support network for integrators, builders and design partners west of the Mississippi.
In his position at Rosewater, Ricks will lead efforts to expand relationships with rep firms, develop new business and strengthen the company’s presence in a region the manufacturer believes holds significant untapped potential.
Ricks’ Experience Prior to RoseWater
Ricks joins the company with experience across OEM, rep, direct, and indirect sales channels. According to RoseWater, it’s this background in guiding technology brands into new markets, paired with long-standing relationships across the integration community that positions him to hit the ground running.
“Steven brings the energy, experience, and insight we need to grow our business in the Western U.S.,” said Joe Piccirilli, Founder and CEO of RoseWater Energy. “His ability to develop strong relationships with both rep partners and direct accounts will help us establish a more consistent presence in an area of the country where we’ve only scratched the surface of the opportunity. We’re confident Steven will play a key role in expanding our footprint and helping more integrators deliver the benefits of clean, reliable power to their clients.”
Strengthening Support for a Growing Category
The appointment comes as power quality and energy management continue to gain traction as high-value categories in the custom integration channel. Many integrators across the West — especially in states facing rapid growth, extreme weather and grid instability — have reported increased interest in power conditioning and whole-home energy resilience solutions.
Piccirilli himself has been vocal in past CE Pro coverage about the increasing importance of clean, reliable power in luxury systems as homes continue to add sensitive electronics, network-heavy infrastructure, and mission-critical subsystems.
That trend has only accelerated, and manufacturers in the category have consistently cited the West as a hotbed for energy-related concerns.
“Power is one of the most important and fastest-growing categories in the integration industry, and RoseWater is the clear leader in setting the standard for performance and reliability,” Ricks said.
“I’m honored to join such an innovative and well-respected company. I look forward to building new relationships in the West and helping integrators and builders see the incredible value RoseWater brings to every luxury home project.”
