Josh.ai has announced a new integration with Oelo Lighting Solutions, bringing dynamic outdoor lighting control to its AI-powered smart home platform. The partnership enables Josh.ai users to control Oelo’s architectural-grade exterior lighting through voice, touch, and app-based interfaces, delivering a unified lighting experience across indoor and outdoor environments.
According to the company, this integration was made possible through a collaboration with CinDev, the first independent developer to release a certified driver using Josh.ai’s Nimble DevSuite. Once the driver is authorized, Oelo systems are automatically discovered by the Josh.ai platform, allowing for seamless customization and control.
Clients can now adjust brightness, color, and temperature of their Oelo lighting via the Josh App, create custom lighting scenes, and use natural voice commands such as, “Ok Josh, set the front yard lights to the colors of the American flag.” The integration supports a range of use cases, from ambiance and seasonal decor to enhanced security.
