iPoint now offers an electronic signature portal to help expedite the processing of documents.
According to iPoint, its E-Signature feature eliminates the need to send paper documents, and then having to wait for snail mail to return the signed document.
iPoint explains members can now easily collect signatures from customers for proposals and change orders online. A PDF of the proposal or change order is saved in the iPoint web portal with a secure link sent to the customer via email.
Elaborating further, iPoint says the customer clicks on the link to the Web Portal, then they accept or decline the proposal. Customers will sign the proposal to accept it and can add any comments they like. The customer also has the option to download the proposal or change order to their device where they can save or print it out.
“Using the E-Signature feature is going really well,” says Markie Harris of Tampa, Fla.-based Hive Style.
“It’s nice to have it all in the same place. We used to have to use a different platform so now it’s nice to just have it all right there in iPoint.”
