Eversolo is bringing its DAC-Z10 preamp to North American markets. Arriving in December 2025, the DAC will be available exclusively through Forte Distribution with an expected SRP of $1,980.
Unpacking Eversolo’s DAC-Z10 Features
Measuring in at a compact 10.43 x 12.2 x 3.07 inches, the DAC-Z10 offers wide coverage, being able to fit comfortably on a desktop, while also being able to integrate into larger systems.
The DAC-Z10 is built on Eversolo’s proprietary Fully Isolated Architecture, separating digital and analog domains, which the company says reduces interference while preserving the “purity” of the signal.
At the heart, twin AKM decoding modules power each channel with an AK4191 and AK449 chipset. Together, the AKM chips deliver ultra-low distortion and a wide dynamic range of 130dB, even when processing maximum resolution files, according to Eversolo.
Three independent linear power supplies feed the left and right channels, as well as system circuitry, contributing to detailed stereo imaging on the DAC, in addition to providing an expansive soundstage.
The headphone amplifier section, meanwhile, is set up for both planar magnetic and dynamic headphones, being able to deliver up to 1 watt of power into both 16- and 32-ohm loads to adapt to impedance.
Connectivity and Controls

Looking at the back-end of the DAC-Z10 (both figuratively and literally) the preamp comes with connections to support modern streaming and legacy requirements. Inputs include USB Audio, dual coaxial, dual optical, I2S, AES/EBU and HDMI ARC/eARC.
A multi-core processor supports DSD512 Native and PCM 768kHz/32-bit lossless playback, while the HDMI I2S input offers eight user-selectable modes to ensure compatibility with digital sources from multiple manufacturers
Each input is also electrically isolated to prevent ground-loop interference, safeguarding signal integrity
For wireless audio, a Qualcomm QCC5125 module supports high-resolution Bluetooth streaming via SBC or AAC, maintaining strong signal quality from low-voltage sources like smartphones and tablets.
Meanwhile, on the analog side, the DAC-Z10 has XLR (balanced) and RCA pre-outs, while a 6.35mm single-ended headphone output supports versatile monitoring.
Control options include the 8.8-inch touchscreen, remote control and mobile app operation while accessories include power, TRIGGER and USB cabling, as well as a polishing cloth. A USB 2.0 port is also available for firmware upgrades in the future.
“The DAC-Z10 takes Eversolo’s product selection to a new and much higher level,” says Roger Fortier, VP and Director of Sales, Forte Distribution. “Much of its design was conceived and developed in-house, giving Eversolo complete control over its creation. It’s the perfect match for their recently introduced T8 transport.”
