Brian started Convergence Technologies in 2000 to serve the IT needs of people throughout Russellville, AR and the surrounding area. Several clients asked about solutions for AV system problems and Brian soon was installing more and more AV equipment for clients in the Russellville area. Russellville is a town of about 30,000 situated between Little Rock and Ft. Smith, Arkansas in the Arkansas River Valley. As Brian explains, it’s a great community to come home to after traveling around the state of Arkansas and beyond to serve Control4 clients. As word of his capabilities has spread from client to client, Brian’s service area has spanned much of the eastern half of the U.S. With clients from Georgetown TX, to the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland, to Jacksonville, FL, Brian has ranged far from home to provide his clients with increasingly complex audio and video installations that rely on Control4 capabilities for seamless integration and reliable remote control.
Brian joined the DISH custom integration program in 2015 and continues to lead with DISH on residential projects. The DISH custom integration program supports Brian’s geographic reach by leveraging the DISH technician’s equipment to support his clients without having to transport his own equipment to remote sites.
AV Simplified has one showroom and work is underway to develop a larger showroom at a new location. AV Simplified relies upon solid equipment like the Hopper 3 to provide peace of mind to clients, and the excellent service that the Concierge Team offers has provided quick problem solutions that Brian relies upon to support his clients.
