Daisy continues to expand its national footprint with the launch of a Palm Coast, Florida, location. The new franchise location will be owned and operated by Kim Lyznicki, a seasoned executive with deep experience in scaling service-based businesses across multiple sectors.

Daisy Notches 22 National Locations and Counting

The Palm Coast office marks the seventh Daisy branch in the state of Florida and its 22nd nationwide, continuing an aggressive expansion strategy that started less than two years ago with the company’s initial acquisition of California-based cyberManor.

The firm has managed to rapidly grow its footprint across the U.S. through both franchise conversions and new startups, with Daisy’s business model offering integrators a mix of operational support, marketing and backend systems designed to streamline business operations and drive growth for those who join.

Lyznicki’s Career Prior to Running Daisy Palm Coast

Prior to joining Daisy, Lyznicki’s career spans more than a decade in leadership roles across sales, marketing, and operations. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Business Development at a national facility services company.

Her experience includes executive roles at Empower Brands, ServiceMaster, and ABM Industries, where she oversaw facility operations including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure services. Lyznicki had actually worked alongside Kappler at ServiceMaster, with Kappler stating she had chosen Lyznicki for her strong entrepreneurial roots and leadership record.

“Joining Daisy allows me to bring all of my experiences together with my excitement about the fast-growing smart home technology space,” said Lyznicki. “I look forward to launching soon with the backing of Daisy’s powerful brand, systems, and support.”

When Daisy Palm Coast Plans to Open

Lyznicki plans to open the Palm Coast branch before the end of 2025, supported by six other Daisy Florida locations, which include Sarasota, Ocala, Coral Springs and Pompano Beach—a mixture of standalone branches, as well as acquired integration firms.
