Daisy has signed three new franchise locations in the first five weeks of 2026, adding Colorado Springs, Colo.; Burlington, Vt.; and Carrboro, N.C., as part of its continued national expansion.

The new locations will be led by Bryan Kurz in Colorado Springs; Marc, Kyle and Will Bryant in Burlington; and Shane and Lisa Shissler in Carrboro.

The Colorado Springs franchise joins existing Daisy locations in Denver, Boulder and Vail, creating what the company describes as strategic synergies across the Front Range.

“Colorado continues to be a compelling growth market for Daisy,” said Dion Persson, co-founder of Daisy who called Denver home for over 20 years. “Bryan’s IT background positions him exceptionally well to serve homeowners whose lives depend on reliable, secure, and seamless technology. With our growing presence across Denver, Boulder, Vail, Castle Rock, and now Colorado Springs, we’re building meaningful regional momentum.”

In Burlington, the Bryant family will lead Daisy’s expansion into Northern New England. The market includes both primary residences and high-value vacation properties, where the company sees increasing demand for professional technology oversight and ongoing service.

“Having spent time in Vermont growing up, I knew right away that the Bryants’ vision for Daisy vacation homes made perfect sense,” said Hagan Kappler, Daisy’s co-founder and CEO. “It is a fantastic location led by a terrific team.”

Daisy pointed to its recurring service program, DaisyCare, as a key component of its strategy in second-home markets, offering proactive monitoring, maintenance and long-term technology management.

In North Carolina, Shane and Lisa Shissler will lead the Carrboro location, bringing the brand into the Research Triangle region. The company cited the area’s residential growth and proximity to Research Triangle Park as factors supporting expansion.

“Durham is a forward-thinking, fast-growing community where homeowners expect technology to simply work,” said Brian Wiersma, Daisy’s head of franchise development. “We’re excited to partner with Shane and Lisa to bring Daisy’s service-focused model to this market and build long-term relationships with clients across the region.”

Daisy continues to expand through a combination of acquisitions and franchise launches. Franchise partners receive centralized marketing and sales support, a unified business technology stack, accounting and operational tools, recruiting and training programs, and ongoing business coaching. Franchisees also gain access to DaisyCare, designed to create recurring revenue while supporting long-term client relationships.

The company positions itself as a national home and small business technology installation and services platform focused on helping integrators scale through shared infrastructure and service-driven operations.
