This week we posted a fascinating feature on OneVision Resources, a Boston-based company that is touting a service-only business model. OneVision will officially focus on system triage and basic remote troubleshooting, and wants to take these time-consuming and potentially costly items off other integrators' plates. 

OneVision already has one integrator signed up, Symbio Lighting + Control in Houston. Symbio predicts it will save his company at least $15,000 annually.
