Just Add Power announced it will be participating in ISE 2026, with the company stating it’ll be offering a preview of its latest AV-over-IP advancements at the show. Live demonstrations will be held at stand 2Q600 with the company placing particular emphasis on its new MC-TX1-RACK Rackmount MaxColor Encoder, the MC-USB device for keyboard, video, mouse (KVM) control and the MC-QX MaxColor 4K60 Tiling and Warping Encoder for dynamic display layouts and multiscreen scenarios.
“We are incredibly excited to return to Barcelona and share how Just Add Power is continuing to make AV-over-IP deployments more simple, accessible, and scalable,” said Just Add Power CEO Ed Qualls in announcing his company’s attendance.
The MC-USB originally debuted at the 2025 CEDIA Expo in Denver, Colorado, so attendees who missed that show will have a chance to see the device in person in Barcelona. According to Just Add Power, the device can be incorporated into systems as an encoder or decoder, providing access to all computers on a system with built-in KVM control.
Given that the MC-TX1-RACK encoder was released following CEDIA Expo, however, ISE 2026 may present the first opportunity for integrators to experience the product firsthand. The new unit is designed to simplify video distribution installs from more compact setups, all the way to large-scale AV-over-IP (AVoIP) installs while supporting the same feature set as the company’s standalone MaxColor products.
Given that AVoIP continues to be a challenge for plenty of integrators, even at the commercial level due to the nature of installs requiring elements of IT knowledge, products such as Just Add Power present as much of an educational opportunity for the broader community as they do a business opportunity.
