SureBright has partnered with the Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA). Under the partnership HTSA members can opt to use one comprehensive coverage on all custom installation projects with SureBright’s Whole-System Warranty program.
According to SureBright, the firm’s Whole-System Warranty covers the entire custom installation under a single plan, with integrators remaining the primary service contact throughout the life of the system. Plan coverage includes:
- AV equipment,
- Control systems,
- Connected devices,
- And associated labor.
Onboarding to the plan takes under 10 minutes requiring no new processes, with dealers have 30 days post-installation to add coverage.
SureBright also adds that the program offers pure revenue sharing with no upfront costs. Integrators own the customer relationship end to end.
